30 Day Movement Challenge in April!

Happy April! Are you ready to get outside and enjoy the warmer weather?


I've got a super fun Movement Challenge to tell you about today! Getting and staying active doesn't have to involve expensive gym memberships, fancy equipment, or complicated exercises. It can be as straightforward as walking. Moving around is vital to your physical and mental health — especially if you find yourself sitting a lot during the day.


If you are in, I've got a great month-long challenge to help keep you committed to walking more throughout your day! We'll be getting anywhere from 5,000 to 16,000 steps a day (don't worry you'll just do your best).
