I have a commitment to daily manage my health and not to lose weight but to take responsibility for my body the best way I know how. ❤️🤜🏻🤛🏻❤️


AND THAT is true freedom. I have lost the need to track weight as the definition of health. 😎


I will track water intake, exercise, eating plant based, minimizing sugar/gluten/dairy, track hours slept, random acts of kindness, track how many people I inspire to a healthier life, flooding my body with fruits/veggies/berries. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
