Are You Tired of Being a Tired Mama?

If I had to guess, I would say 90% of my mama friends aren't getting the recommended 7-13 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.šŸ™‹šŸ»


And if I took another guess, I'd say most of us are living life EXHAUSTED. šŸ˜“ I get it. We're busy. Days are long between work and the kids. Either up with infants all night, running around chasing little sprouts all day, or driving the big kids to and from everywhere all evening.šŸ‘¶šŸ¼šŸ‘§šŸ»šŸ‘¦šŸ¼


Sometimes it's all we can do to make sure at least one meal a day has some greens in it. šŸ˜¬ And yet, we run on caffeine and live for the weekend, only to do it all again the next week.
