Did you know heart disease is responsible for about 1 in every 4 deaths in the U.S.? (Source: CDC)


Getting your 9-13 servings of fruits and veggies helps. Eating heart healthy whole foods, getting 8 hours sleep a night, and exercising (recommendation is five 30-minute exercise sessions each week) are ways you can reduce your risk for heart disease. Encourage your followers to recommit themselves to heart health this month!
