Grow Your Own Food This Winter šŸ„¶

Fall šŸ is the perfect season to create nutritious smoothies that can strengthen your immune system, to protect you from colds and flu šŸ¤’


Tower Gardens can grow produce year-round, right in your kitchen šŸŒ± You can grow over 150 different varieties on a Tower Garden!


Produce can be added to salads, meals and even smoothies! The produce can be picked and eaten right from the Tower Garden.


For smoothies, just pick what you are growing and put it in the blender, simply blend a small amount of water (or coconut milk) with a combination of Kale, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Parsley, and Celery. For an extra dose of Vitamin C, include half a lemon with the skin intact.


Finally, add your preferred frozen fruit and blend until smooth. These smoothies are not only delicious but also effective in boosting your immune system to combat the various airborne elements that come with the season.
