Pumpkin Complete Fudge

Here’s a healthier version of fudge, because the Complete Vanilla has fiber and protein.

What you need:

1/2 can of pumpkin puree

1/2 cup creamy cashew/almond butter

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup of organic maple syrup

1/2 scoop/packet Juice Plus Complete Vanilla protein powder


What to do:

Pour all ingredients in to a small sauce pan and heat on medium. Stir together until well mixed. Once completely mixed, pour into a glass dish with parchment paper or into a silicone ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
