💦Water 💦 Positive Aging💦

💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦

One huge thing that can help your brain and body is to drink lots of water. And actually water has a huge part in our health.

Our body is a large percentage of water and staying hydrated helps all of our organs function better, from our skin to our brain, heart and kidneys.

How much? Well, it is suggested to drink half your body weight in ounces.

I would love to hear some ideas of how you remember and get the daily recommended water into your body.

I, personally, start my day with two 8 ounce glasses of water and then fill up several glasses and leave them on the counter. I need that visual reminder. I have water with my meals. And whenever I leave the house or go on a bike ride, I take two water bottles with me.
