Winter Wellness 30 Day Fitness Challenge

I don't know if you're up for it or not, but I have a 30-day fitness challenge that I'd love to share with you! Every day for 30 days, you'll get a message from me with your daily workout. Don't worry, nothing crazy, and you can always modify if you need to. Upper body, lower body, cardio, stretch, and of course rest days.


All you'll do is complete the workout, message me back letting me know you did it, and if you are still hanging with me in the end, you'll get a special gift from me! What do you think? You in? If so, let me know and we'll pick your start date.
